What I used.
Blue rice ( You an see how I made it Here )
Aqua beads ( I got mine from Dollar Tree )
Plastic toys
Cookie cutters
Sponges
Rubber ducks
plastic ball

| This is a Aqua bead they are clear when you buy them but you can let them soak in water mixed with food coloring to color them like I did. |
Also if you get the rice wet the coloring will come off and stain.
