I'm hoping to start sharing some of our healthy lunches with everyone. I know how hard it is sometimes to come up with a healthy lunch. Ours may not always be the best but I do try. :)
Today Eli had grape juice mix with water (50/50) scrabbled eggs mix with almond milk and cooked in coconut oil. Homemade yogurt, pb&j shaped like ghost, and a string cheese. Not too bad and he loved it.
