Sparkle the Elf

Day 1--Meet sparkle
She is a crazy little elf that comes every year in Dec to watch over the kids. Then she reports back to Santa to let him know if they have been naughty or nice. She first showed up at our house last year and the boys loved her. Even tho she is suppose to stay in her shelf she likes to get into trouble.

Keep watching to see what else this naughty little elf gets into. ;)

Day 2---And it looks like sparkle was the winner!!! Yay!!! Sorry caption maybe next time.

Day 3---Watching Eli's fish

Day 4--She made a zip line last night going from the fan to the window.

Day 5--Well now we know why she was watching the fish. She was trying to choose which fish she wanted.

Day 6 -- It would seem that Sparkle is wanting to be stingy with the milk

Day 7--  Sparkle does not know how to wrap gifts -_-

Day 8--- sparkle is sick :( poor girl hopes she feels better tomorrow.

Oh Christmas Tree

Every year either Thankgivings night or the night after we put up our Christmas tree. Mom, Nita and I put up the tree itself   And fluff out the branches. After we get the tree up everyone helps put on the ornaments. We have a few very special ornaments that have to go on the tree plus some plastic ones that Eli and Lyd get to help with. Putting the tree up together helps everyone get into the Christmas mood. I just loves watching Lyd's face light up when we turned the lights on.

After Christmas everyone will pick out one new ornament to add to the tree next year. Doing this is just one of our traditions. What are some traditions that you and your family do?

My review.
I'm glad it doens't have clove oil in it. Clove Oil is a blood thinner and children should not use it.
When I put some in my mouth I didn't get any numbing or anything.
Flavor wasn't bad different but not bad.
When using it on my daughter it took about 10mins for her to calm down.  So i'm not sure if it was due to the teething meds or she just got happy.

Would I buy this probably not it didn't seem to work any better then a ice rag.

Dumpling Crochet Patterns

Materials:
Bits of worsted weight yarn in white
3.5mm crochet hook
Stuffing
Embroidery thread in pink and white
Needle and thread
4mm black beads for eyes

Dumpling is made by crocheting a circle, which is then folded in half and seamed together with a scalloped edge.
The circle is crocheted in continuous rounds (i.e. no slip stitch at the end of round):
With white
ch 3, 5 sc in 3rd ch from hook, 2 sc in top of beginning ch, 2 sc in each of next 4 sc, sc in next sc, repeat [2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc] until piece measures 1 3/4 inches across.
Then, repeat [1 sc in each of next 5 sc, 2 sc in next sc] until piece measures 2 1/4 inches across. Then sc in next sc, sl st in next sc. Don’t fasten off.
Fold piece in half so that the raw stitch lies on the fold line, like so…
