Lactation Oatmeal

I really wanted cookies earlier but didn't feel like making them (lazy I know) So instead of making cookies I made oatmeal. It's much faster and easier to make then cookies..

1/4cup Quick Oats
1/2cups Milk
1tsp flax seed
1tsp brewers yeast
Optional butter, brown sugar, honey, chocolate chips, anything you like it oatmill.

Heat in the microwave for 1min.
Take out stir then add whatever flavors you like.
I do alittle bit of butter and brown sugar with a dash of salt.

Enjoy this in the morning or as a snack anytime.

Lactation smoothie

I know a lot of moms have trouble with their milk supple and don't really know how to
bring it back up. If your a smoothie kind of girl instead of a cookie kind of girl then this is for you.

You will need.
1-3 whole bananas
2 tbsp Almond Butter  ( homemade or Store bought)
1 tbsp Brewer's Yeast ( I use THIS kind)
2 tbsp Ground Flax ( I use THIS)
1/3 Cup Rolled Oats.( Like This)
2-3 tbsp Cocoa Powder ( Like This)
Maple Syrup Or Honey ( Local is best) To Taste
Top with Almond Milk ( Homemade or Store Bought)
and several ice cubes.

Blend, blend , bled and get the benefits of a half
dozen lactation cookies.

Banana and Pineapple Smoothie. Almond

We are loving smoothie lately. I don't add sugar or ice cream or anything like that.. I would like to say my smoothies are pretty healthy. I normally just use what I have on hand. I don't really make a plan for what I want to make and I don't keep track of how much I'm putting in.

Please feel free to share your smoothie ideas :)

Almond milk, 2% milk, Fresh Aloe Vera, celery,  Carrot, Banana, Pineapple, Coconut Oil.
Oh and Orange Juice

I think I added something else to this which is why it is pink but I just don't remember what. SORRY!!!

This was a super yummy smoothie. :)
