2.add fluff, whipping cream, and 1 teaspoon of Rum Extract in a blender, blend until  combined.

Lunch 10-24-2014

I'm hoping to start sharing some of our healthy lunches with everyone. I know how hard it is sometimes to come up with a healthy lunch. Ours may not always be the best but I do try. :)

Today Eli had grape juice mix with water (50/50) scrabbled eggs mix with almond milk and cooked in coconut oil. Homemade yogurt, pb&j shaped like ghost, and a string cheese. Not too bad and he loved it.

I really wanted cookies earlier but didn't feel like making them (lazy I know) So instead of making cookies I made oatmill. It's much faster and easier to make then cookies..

1/4cup Quick Oats
1/2cups Milk
1tsp flax seed
1tsp brewers yeast
Optional butter, brown sugar, honey, chocolate chips, anything you like it oatmill.

Heat in the microwave for 1min.
Take out stir then add whatever flavors you like.
I do alittle bit of butter and brown sugar with a dash of salt.

Enjoy this in the morning or as a snack anytime.
