Snow Fun.

I have no idea where all this snow is coming from this year but Eli is loving it.
When he woke up this morning I took him to the door and he was ready to play.
We went outside for about 20mins till I said I had to go in. Eli would have stayed out longer if I had let him.

I tried to make a snow man but Eli smashed him :/ maybe next time.
He loved making snowballs and throwing them at people.

Him and nana had alot of fun playing on the slide outside and Ray loved throwing snowballs.

It was alot of fun and even tho mom and I are sick we're both glad we went out with the boys.

Valentine's Day "Cards"

The boys were suppost to make card for Valentine's Day but instead ended up just painting and adding some hearts stickers.

The paint and paper I had at home and the stickers came from Dollar Tree so this was a cheap craft.

This is everythin they had to work with.

I tried to make a heart with the TP roller but well it was a fail.

See fail.

I would have got end pictures but my cam. died on me. Sorry

Valentine's Day Sensory Bin

Hey everyone I'm trying so hard to start doing things with the boys again so hopefully I will be posting more. :) YAY!

I made a trip to Dollar Tree earlier to get some stickers for the kids in our children's church to make  Valentine's Day cards Sunday. When there I found alot of things I could use for a sensory bin for the boys which is where this came from. I'll post some pictures of the card the kids make if I remember my cam. that day. :)

I'm not sure what these are but I thought they were cute.

The tops are soo fuzzy!!!

White fake rose petals

Red fake rose petals.

Sparkly foamy hearts

Pink hard plastic hearts

Red hard plastic hearts

Everything all together

I added the bucket so Eli could put everything in it using the hole.

Our front door right no.
Eli loved playing in this bin. Some of the things ended up in the bucket but his favorite thing to do was throw the rose petals everywhere.

After they got done playing these silly boys wanted to take pictures. Enjoy.

I love my silly boys.

Alphabet Soup Bath time

A couple of weeks ago I bought Eli these awesome foam letters for bath time.
They're a great way to teach him his ABC's.
These can stick to the wall with water but they stick better if you use shaving cream on he back.

I call this Alphabet Soup because I made the water orange and after putting the letters in that's what it reminded me of.
Eli was so ready to get in

Our new friend waned to say "HI!!!!"

And then last but not least orange shaving cream for painting.
I know I should have taken pictures of the boys playing but well I forgot.

There really isn't much to say about this bah seeing as it was a very simple bath to do. I got my foam letters online really cheap but I'm sure you can get them at Wal-Mart or Target.

Also on a side note it's smartest to get the kids washed before giving them the shaving cream because it does make the water really gross.

So I went with a super easy bath. I just use Eli's tea party set he already had, some water, and food coloring.

The bowl is a sugar scrub i made.. The "milk"is red water and the "tea" is blue water

Banana and Pineapple Smoothie. Almond

We are loving smoothie lately. I don't add sugar or ice cream or anything like that.. I would like to say my smoothies are pretty healthy. I normally just use what I have on hand. I don't really make a plan for what I want to make and I don't keep track of how much I'm putting in.

Please feel free to share your smoothie ideas :)

Almond milk, 2% milk, Fresh Aloe Vera, celery,  Carrot, Banana, Pineapple, Coconut Oil.
Oh and Orange Juice

I think I added something else to this which is why it is pink but I just don't remember what. SORRY!!!

This was a super yummy smoothie. :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! 2014

Happy new year everyone. Wow 2013 was a crazy busy year for us. We had so much going on this year. I know the last couple f months I haven't been posting much and I really hate that. I love blogging Love sharing what is going on and I love that DH and I can go back and look at how much Eli has grown up.
To think 2 years ago I was bringing the new year in being in labor is just mind blowing to me.

So somethings that happen  in 2013

Eli turned one.
Joshua messed up the car we are still making payments on .
We started deployment #2.
We kicked deployment #2's butt.
We got pregnant.
We went to the beach.
Joshua has been in the Navy for 2 years :) So 2 down 2 to go.
We did a ton of things with our church.
Joshua and I had our 2 year Ann.
and last but not least We found out right before the new year that we are having a GIRL!!!!

This year had a lot of ups and downs but we can out stronger and better off.

I'm glad that 2013 is over but at the same time I can't believe how much Eli grow up in one year.
When this year started he was just learning to walk now he is running and trying to jump.( he keeps one foot on the ground.) He is counting to 4 all by himself. He has also taught himself what sound the letters A and E make. He can look at them and tell you what letter it is.. He is putting together 4-5 words together and it just surprises me how much he knows that I didn't teach him.

That is all I have for now but I hope everyone has a wonderful 2014.
