So I went with a super easy bath. I just use Eli's tea party set he already had, some water, and food coloring.

The bowl is a sugar scrub i made.. The "milk"is red water and the "tea" is blue water

Banana and Pineapple Smoothie. Almond

We are loving smoothie lately. I don't add sugar or ice cream or anything like that.. I would like to say my smoothies are pretty healthy. I normally just use what I have on hand. I don't really make a plan for what I want to make and I don't keep track of how much I'm putting in.

Please feel free to share your smoothie ideas :)

Almond milk, 2% milk, Fresh Aloe Vera, celery,  Carrot, Banana, Pineapple, Coconut Oil.
Oh and Orange Juice

I think I added something else to this which is why it is pink but I just don't remember what. SORRY!!!

This was a super yummy smoothie. :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! 2014

Happy new year everyone. Wow 2013 was a crazy busy year for us. We had so much going on this year. I know the last couple f months I haven't been posting much and I really hate that. I love blogging Love sharing what is going on and I love that DH and I can go back and look at how much Eli has grown up.
To think 2 years ago I was bringing the new year in being in labor is just mind blowing to me.

So somethings that happen  in 2013

Eli turned one.
Joshua messed up the car we are still making payments on .
We started deployment #2.
We kicked deployment #2's butt.
We got pregnant.
We went to the beach.
Joshua has been in the Navy for 2 years :) So 2 down 2 to go.
We did a ton of things with our church.
Joshua and I had our 2 year Ann.
and last but not least We found out right before the new year that we are having a GIRL!!!!

This year had a lot of ups and downs but we can out stronger and better off.

I'm glad that 2013 is over but at the same time I can't believe how much Eli grow up in one year.
When this year started he was just learning to walk now he is running and trying to jump.( he keeps one foot on the ground.) He is counting to 4 all by himself. He has also taught himself what sound the letters A and E make. He can look at them and tell you what letter it is.. He is putting together 4-5 words together and it just surprises me how much he knows that I didn't teach him.

That is all I have for now but I hope everyone has a wonderful 2014.

Crochet Tiny Jack

I have really started to love to crochet. I have learned to make bags, blankets, and now this cute little pumpkin. I have also started selling my things on Lista. I will be selling this cute Tiny Jack on there starting to night so if you would like to buy it or one like it look up carebear10993 or Tiny Jack.

I can do different faces on it if you would like one with a surprised look or a big smile just email me and I'll make it for you. These are prices at $3.00 for 1 or $5.00 for 2. I know that's alittle much but I have to cover the cost of shipping. The more you order the more the price goes down.

I did 2 leaves for this one but I can add more or less.

I do wish I had done button eyes on this one so I'm pretty sure that's what I'll do next time.

So much going on

Hey everyone. So I've had so much going on the past couple of weeks. We had VBS at church all week and Super Doubles at Harris Teeter. Still trying to find our house the one we wanted the seller lied about some stuff so I can't get it with the loan we are getting. Oh and did I say DH is on his way home? Also getting family pics taken next Sat.. While DH is home I hope to do some crafts and get the yard cleaned up maybe some DIY stuff done. We have some tables that need to be painted among other things. Oh and I have a garden this year so I've been working  a lot on it. I'll do a garden post maybe today or tomorrow. The flower garden out front is really blooming so I'll also do a post on it.. We've been doing a lot of work with the boys mom bought a account on ABC Mouse and both boys love it.

I have to go get some stuff now but hopefully I'll be able to post some this week before we go out of town.

Food

So I just want to start off by saying where has the time gone? I can't believe it's been weeks since I last posted. I've been so busy dealing with getting our house and deployment. I've also been trying to find new way to earn and save money.. I've been selling this on my facebook yardsaling sites and that's going pretty good. The stuff we're selling ( My mom and I) it's stock pile stuff we've gotten for free or cheap and have tried but didn't like.. We do coupons which is how we've gotten alot of this. My mom also got 10 different fruit trees a couple of weeks ago while they were on sale for 50% off at Lowes.

We got our gardens planted and hopefully we will start to get things form them soon. The wild blackberry are crazy this year and I can't wait to pick those.

I'm going to make a list of things I hope to get done this summer to either earn money or save it.

1. Get a lot of wild black berries pick and frozen
2. Get a lot of fresh stuff either caned or frozen or dehydrated.
3. Get Eli 100% potty trained.
4. Get our own place

I'll keep adding to the list as I think of them.

I found this awesome  blog about this lady who gardens and coupons. She only spends about $100 a month at the store. Don't we all wish we could do that?

I'm going to post a link to here blog Here

She had a great idea to go to a local store and ask them to save the product for her. Now this is stuff that they would normally just throw out into the trash. She is getting not only food for her chicken but also for herself. Would you ever do this? Even if you don't have chicken it would still be worth a shot if you have compost.  I have to say I love the idea.

What ways do y'all save money?
